Winter Woodsy & Valentines details

The Winter Woodsy set will be the base set for January and February. Valentines decor is optional and you may be required to set up the props. We wanted to provide a neutral set for day to day sessions while also offering a themed set for Valentines Day. We will have containers nearby labeled for each set where you can access the props. It would just be a matter of switching out blankets & pillows, hanging garlands and placing roses on the side tables. We also ask that you reset to our Winter Woodsy theme, unless we have back to back Valentine sessions, which we will always let you know what to expect prior to your session. If we have a day full of Valentine sessions, it will be ready and not necessary to set up yourself. We wanted to make this as easy as possible and hope you’ll understand!

More Sun Porch details!

Our Sun Porch is a 14 x 10 foot space where you may host your photography sessions. We will provide different sets for each season and will always style the space with neutral tones. We want to offer you a clean and simple space to work in while allowing you to add your own touches.

~The morning and evening light will spill in through the windows as the sun is a little lower, but through mid day it will be a little more shaded as it has a solid roof and tall pine trees also providing shade.

~The sun porch is not climate controlled so please take that into consideration for the dates you are booking.

~It is vented at the top and the back wall is made from fence paneling, so it is not completely weather proof, but we will reach out if weather may be an issue with your sessions.

~Currently there is no lighting available other than the natural light. We are happy to provide an extension cord to provide electricity if you’d like to bring your own lighting kit.

~ If you plan to bring or rent additional props, you must include time for set up and take down within your rental window.

We have had a few requests to combine the Sun Porch use with wildflowers. After giving it some thought, we have come to the conclusion that we cannot offer a discount for a combination. We limit the amount of photographers allowed in the wildflowers at one time, so offering both at the same time makes that more difficult. Of course you are welcome to book both during the same hour, we just can’t offer a discount. You are also welcome to book them back to back so you can get the full hour in both spaces. We want this to be a good experience for everyone and feel like this is the best way to make that happen. Thank you for understanding.
