Large Blocks or Private Bookings
If you book a large block of time (2+ hours) and need to cancel or release part of it, we require at least 7 days notice. Please note:
Single Hour Sessions
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel.

If you're considering canceling due to overcast skies, please check the forecast in advance—standard cancellation rules still apply.
NO-SHOWS
Because we do not take deposits, no-shows will be required to pay the full session fee before rebooking. We deeply appreciate your support and truly take no joy in charging for unused time. Please help us avoid this by sending a quick message if you need to cancel.
