I booked my session, now what?
Once you book your session, you will receive instructions for what to do when you arrive which will include how to pay, where to park and where the wildflower fields are located on the property.
Is there a deposit required and what happens if I cancel?
We don’t require a deposit, but kindly ask you to let us know if you need to cancel with as much notice as possible. There are some days we turn people away due to not wanting to overcrowd the fields. We try to be considerate of you so we just ask the same in return with cancellations. If weather is questionable, it’s fine to cancel last minute or wait it out and see.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept cash only, payment is made when you arrive.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, we require everyone entering the property to sign our liability waiver. You can access it online at the link below.
Point of Contact
If you are the point of contact for booking your session in the wildflowers, we kindly ask you to pass along parking information to everyone in your party. It will help keep any parking confusion to a minimum. You will receive all this information after booking your session.
